Delivery

• For items in stock, the order will be processed within 2 to 3 working days - Once the parcel has been deposited with the service provider, delivery takes 48 hours by Colissimo and a maximum of 3 days in a relay point for mainland France. Delivery may take longer for foreign countries
• These times do not include the time taken to prepare the parcel.
• Tracking your order: an email from the transport provider is sent to you once the parcel has been picked up, so don't forget to check your spam.
• For creations and custom orders for items not in stock, the delivery time is 6 to 12 weeks depending on the order period.
• The delivery times given when you place your personalised order are approximate and vary according to the period. There may be a delay of one to two weeks for personalised and creative orders. The buyer may not claim any compensation or reimbursement in the event of a delay.
• Terre de Gymnaste disclaims all responsibility for the transport and risks relating to the products as soon as they are taken possession of by the purchaser or, failing this, as soon as they are made available to the purchaser. Should the purchaser change the place of delivery, collection and, where applicable, storage of the products shall be at the purchaser's risk and expense.
• From the date of payment, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days for items made to your specifications (Article L121-21-8 of the French Commercial Code).

Returns :

• Download the returns form at the bottom of the page, fill it in and enclose it with the parcel.
• No returns will be processed without prior notification and agreement from me.
• Returns are limited to 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Clothing returned without its original packaging and label, dirty, damaged or already worn will not be exchanged or refunded.
• If your return is due to an error on my part (wrong size sent, wrong colour) you can choose between a refund or an exchange.
• If the return is due to an error on your part (choice of size/colour), and only if the garment is UNUSED, in new condition, you can exchange* the item, the return and reshipment costs remaining at your expense.
