The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made through the website, orally during a telephone conversation or at an event venue, by written contact, whether by e-mail or by private message via social networks.

Terre de Gymnaste reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the website. The GTC applicable at that time are those in force at the time of payment.

1. The order/payment :

• The prices of creations/customizations are calculated according to each project.
• Orders are placed in French or English, and are invoiced in Euros.
• The design of a mockup as your sketch cost 30€ per designl, it is made only for you. This design is not made on a software with pre-recorded models.
• The prices mentioned are subject to change without notice.
• Payments can be made by PayPal / credit card / bank transfer
• The orders are taken into account at the validation of the payment, it is the same for the deliveries of the articles in stock. For orders over 60 leotards, it is possible to pay in two instalments: 60% when ordering, 40% before delivery, on written request.
• Offers are valid while stocks last.

2. Delivery:

• The delivery times quoted are approximate and vary according to the period. There may be a delay of one to two weeks. The buyer cannot claim any compensation or refund in case of delay.
• For creations and custom orders for items not in stock, the delivery time is 6 to 10 weeks. For items in stock, delivery will be processed within 2 working days - delivery within 48 hours. These delivery times do not take into account the time required to prepare the package.
• Terre de Gymnaste disclaims all responsibility for the transport and risks relating to the products as soon as the buyer takes possession of them or, failing that, as soon as they are made available to him/her. In the event that the buyer changes the place of delivery, collection and, if applicable, storage of the products shall be at the buyer's risk and expense.
• Delivery by tracked letter, colissimo or in a relay point by Mondial Relay
• From the date of payment, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days for items made to your specifications (Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code)

3. Retun policy:

• Before proceed to a product return, please inform me by email at: terredegymnaste@gmail.com - subject: return
• No return will be processed without prior notice and without prior agreement from me.
• Returns are limited to 14 days from the date of purchase.
• All products must be returned in the original condition, with tags and hygiene strip attached and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on products that have been worn or if the hygiene strip has been removed, or if they have come into contact with cosmetic products, smell of smoke or have pet hairs on them unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
• If your return is due to an error on my part (wrong size, wrong colour) you can choose between a refund or an exchange*.
• If the return is due to an error on your part (choice of size/colour), and only if the garment is UNUSED, in new condition, you can exchange* the item, the return and reshipment costs remain at your charge.
• No return due to bad maintenance will be taken into account, please take note of the maintenance advice of the leotard

In all cases, the returned item must be returned in its original packaging, with label, by tracked mail, with the return form . Terre de Gymnaste reserves the right not to process the request if these conditions are not met.

NOTE: The created and personalised outfits are NOT EXCHANGEABLE, NOT REFUNDABLE, they are designed especially for you! Make sure to choose the right size and colour.

4. Guarantee :

• The outfits are checked before each shipment, however, it requires an examination upon receipt by the buyer.
• Any defects found must be notified by mail or email to terredegymnaste@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.
• In the event of an exceptional event affecting the order, such as involuntary interruption of production or delivery, strikes, embargoes, fabric shortages, etc., Terre de Gymnaste will suspend the execution of the order. Every effort will be made to reduce the difficulties encountered.
